I am such a coward, I made Maime go with me for my
first weigh-in. Just like a little kid - "I don't
wanna go alooone...pleeeze?"
Anyway, Very Good News.
10-day loss - 12 pounds!
That seems like a lot but I think there are 3 main
reasons:
1. I eat what I want (for the most part) but smaller
portions.
2. I drink lots more water.
3. I do not eat 3-4 hours before bed.
I am now over halfway to my goal of losing 20 pounds!
I already know what my next goal will be but I'll wait
till I hit this one before I blurt it out.
