The on-going saga continues.......yesterday I did a
great job of "less is more" when it comes to food,
until dinner. Which was leftover spaghetti and salad,
followed by chocolate brownie ice cream and three
chocolate chip cookies....and a banana.
But, unlike in the past when I'd eat till bedtime, I
didn't eat anything after 6:30. So at least I didn't
go to bed with a stomach full of chocolate and sugar.
