Project News

Ok, it's May now, so this morning I thought I should do
a final April check.

Another 2 pounds gone. So the April total (from April
4 to 30) is 17 pounds.

I don't think that's too bad - especially since I have
basically been eating what I want - just more salads
and smaller portions. And water.

Next, we'll see what May brings.

April 4 = 346
May 1 = 329

I can't wait to get out of the "3's"!!!!! I really
don't like that number.

We have a guy here at work who for the past year or so
has only eaten every other day. One day of fasting
and one day of binging. Is that healthy? I'm not
sure - he's lost weight and looks great but I'm just
not sure it's a smart thing to do. I think it would
be really hard. Although, it probably is not a bad
idea to just have a day of water and liquids once in a
while to clear out the system.

My stomach gets too rumbly - I don't think I can do it.
